The Power of One Awards
The Power of One award recognizes what one person with one idea or action has done to improve services for women and girls in the criminal justice system. The mission and vision of AJFO is embodied in the exceptional work and dedication of these individuals. It was with this in mind, that the Power of One Award was created, to recognize their outstanding efforts as champions and advocates for this important work.
Nominations are Open for the 2025 Power of One Award!
Nominations for the 2025 Power of One Award are now open! Please submit your nominations to recognize an individual who has done something extraordinary to improve services for women and girls in the criminal justice system. Nominations will close on April 30th and winners will be announced during the conference in Cincinnati, OH September 16-18, 2025 during the Keynote Session.
